The 24 acre site is located along the west bank of the Arkansas River in Jenks, Oklahoma. The existing facility accommodates eight baseball fields and is separated from the Arkansas River by a low levee which protects the site from small floods.

The Jenks Youth Baseball Complex Master Plan program calls for upgrading all existing facilities and adding five new fields and other amenities to increase services to the participants and their families. A small spectator plaza with a common walk separates fields. All fields are interconnected with a series of concrete walkways that provide for smooth convenient pedestrian flow throughout the site.

Due to the linear nature of the site, it was imperative for parking to be in close proximity to each field, but also not conflict with pedestrian ways. Therefore the 629 parking spaces were distributed on the site to satisfy demand and located at the periphery of the site to separate vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Trees were located in the parking lot to buffer the large expanses of asphalt, and around the common areas for shade and visual aesthetics. A significant new amenity for the Jenks Youth Baseball Facility is the addition of a pavilion which would house concessions, rest rooms, meeting rooms, an umpire room, and covered seating. Adjacent to the pavilion is a small playground, picnic shelter, and several benches
